Return Policy: Returns and exchanges are accepted at any time. The merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork/tags. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error. You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
Follow the instructions at the bottom of your sales invoice that you received with your merchandise. Please have the original order number, found on your invoice statement, when requesting a return authorization (RA#).
