HyVent DT
HyVent DT takes the same principle of the HyVent coating but reduces layer three. In HyVent, the third layer is a protective covering that ensures the durability of the microporous elements. HyVent DT uses a tactile, microgrid print to boil this layer down to what is absolutely necessary. The microgrid print keeps the garment from contacting the skin. This channels moisture away and allows the microporous layer to do their job without interference. HyVent DT is lightweight, packable and is more breahable than other, unlined, treated fabrics. the microgrid also allow the garment to move easily over other clothing layers.

Pittards Armortan Leather
Armortan is a technology aimed at improving the abrasion resistance of basic glove leather. Typical leather structure consists of microscopic fibrils which are randomly intertwined together to form fiber bundles. Armortan is a new generation of chemistry which is focused on these fibril bundles within the leather structure. The fibril bundles are encased by microscopic ceramic `armor plates` which are more resistant to abrasion, thus increasing the durablility of the leather by preventing wear on contact surfaces and materials.

PrimaLoft is a patented ultrafine mocrofiber blend that is incredibly soft, lightweight and water repellent. PrimaLoft synthetic insulation absorbs three times less water, is 15% warmer when dry, and is 24% warmer when wet than the closest competitive insulation.
