A popular version of Full Grain leather, where the surface has been sanded to a fine knap. A uniquely textured top surface that provides excellent tensile strength for rugged products.

Waterproof
Columbia Sportswear uses the process of applying a rubber based adhesive sealant to the inside seams of boots and shoes coupled with an impregnated waterproof treatment on he upper which helps shed moisture away from the foot in wet conditions.

Thinsulate Insulation
Thinsulate Insulation is the original `warmth with out bulk` for footwear. Developed specifically for footwear. Exceptionally thin, lightweight and durable. Microfibres trap and hold body heat. Won`t absorb water.

Omni-Grip: Winter
Non-marking. Combitnation of soft, flexible, and firm compounds with increased abrasion-resistant for increased durablility. Formulated to maximize traction in snow and ice. Resistant to extreme tempatures.
