The Ladies Plasma Thermal Jacket is a PrimaLoft insulated jacket that is designed for use in frigid mountaineering and climbing pursuits. The shell of this jacket is waterproof, breathable and seam sealed and has a performance fit, allowing you the ability to stretch and still feel relaxed. The adjustable, removable hood offers some customizable fitting options and a wide variety of pockets gives you the accessory cargo spaces you need to perform at your best.

PrimaLoft One
PrimaLoft One is a patented ultrafine microfiber blend that is ultra soft, lightweight, and water repellent. PrimaLoft One synthetic insulation absorbs three times less water, is 15 percent warmer when dry, and is 24 percent warmer when wet than the closest competitve insulation. In short, PrimaLoft One delivers exceptional warmth with less bulk while retaining plush comfort and softness.

HyVent Alpha
HyVent Alpha is a breathable and waterproof microporus, hydrophobic PUY lamination technology that performs even under the most severe conditions. Its membrane laminate is composed of numerous microscopic holes, about a half million per square inch- that enable perspiration to pass through the material to the outside of the garment without first having to condense into liquid form. The result is an extremely high level of waterproofness and moisture permeability.

HyVent DT
HyVent DT takes the same principle of the HyVent coating but reduces layer three. In HyVent, the third layer is a protective covering that ensures the durability of the microporous elements. HyVent DT uses a tactile, microgrid print to boil this layer down to what is absolutely necessary. The microgrid print keeps the garment from contacting the skin. This channels moisture away and allows the microporous layer to do their job without interference. HyVent DT is lightweight, packable and is more breahable than other, unlined, treated fabrics. The microgrid also allow the garment to move easily over other clothing layers.
