With a large area of waterproof protection covering you, the Ladies Hampton Shores Rain Jacket provides every little bit of Omni-Tech waterproofness to you. For the environmentally conscious, this jacket has a 50% polyester and 50% recycled polyester lining in it. Aside from that, it features an adjustable storm hood that will keep your head high and dry. All pockets zip closed to prevent moisture from sneaking inside.

almost perfect
The longer length of this jacket is what I was looking for and having a hard time finding. Unfortunately it lacks some of the detailing that would make it a true winner. An adjustable waist cord would help to keep wind out and flatter the figure. Also, I like the idea of a detachable hood for style. They are details that were common among many rain jackets in the past. Now I can only find them on shorter lengths. This is the closest Ive come to the ten year old Eddie Bauer jacket I loved but needed to replace.

Worth a try
This is the only rain jacket I found with a nice long length. The attention to detailing is limited however. I prefer an interior drawstring waist for styling. Nonetheless it is the best jacket on the market if you want a longer length rain jacket with a functional hood.
