KARHU Escape Ski A7

The Escape is the top ski in our Widetrak line, with an air-channeled wood core for light weight and performance. The Omnitrak base gives it incredible grip and glide, and the slight KV-Taper makes it easy for anyone to ski. Quick enough to take on groomed tracks but stable enough for skiing in ungroomed backyard conditions, the Escape is the perfect all-around ski. We recommend the Zoom boot with the Escape.

OMNITRAK NOWAX BASE
Not all bases are created equal. For fast and light winter exploration, nothing beats the simplicity and ease of the Omnitrak NoWax base. The molded - as opposed to cut - base allows for variable pitch, depth and shape of the scales that grip the snow. Engineered with five zones, the Omnitrak base uses round spaced scales in transition zones for a smoother, more efficient glide, and sharp, tight scales underfoot for maximum grip where it`s needed. There`s no messing with the hassle of waxing or worrying about changing conditions. The positive pattern of the Omnitrak base is unique and easy to maintain, and it alone offers superior grip in all snow conditions.

TOURCAP AIR-CHANNELED CORE
The Escape uses the Tourcap Air-Channeled core construction for durability and quickness on the trail. A 100% wood core made from laminated blocks is air-channeled to reduce weight and wrapped in a light Cap construction, giving the performance of a wood core ski, with an even lighter feel.

KARHU WARRANTY
Karhu warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase at retail. It will be repaired, or replaced if, upon inspection at an authorized Karhu Service Center and sent to and agreed upon by a Karhu Warranty Service Technician, it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, abuse, negligence, impact (striking a rock, post, ect.), repairs or alterations outside of our facility, or improper mounting of bindings, and is subject to specific terms and limitations as specified in this document.
