WARRANTY
Most Mountainsmith products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against materials and workmanship defects. There is a limited 1 year warranty only on our wheeled pieces. All warranty returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RA #). Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and Mountainsmith reserves the right to make all determinations as to the use of this policy. Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, critters, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time will be repaired for a nominal fee. We will not repair product requiring a fee unless approved. To submit a warranty claim or send us an item for repair please contact our warranty department at 800.426.4075 for a return authorization number.
