Northotic Footbed
The Northotic ergonomically designed footbed takes a footwear element normally relegated as an afterthought and infuses it with performance features. The shoe insert may seem trivial - in fact, some inserts are the performance equivalent of corrugated cardboard - but it holds the potential to enhance the athletic experience. The North Face has taken the insert and elevated it to a superior-performance, multi-density footbed with enhanced stability, support, and cushioning.
EVA
The acronym for Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate. EVA is used in many footbeds, midsoles and outsoles. EVA provides lightweight, flexible cushioning that is highly impact resistant. EVA also acts as an insulation barrier in cold weather products.
AgION
AgION anti-microbial silver agent woven into the top sheet of the footbed controls odors.
