The North Face Footwear brings its eco-friendly philosophy to the sandal line with the Mens Ex-Girlfriend Sandal, a shout out to comfort, durability, and endearment that can endure the test of time. The Mens Ex-Girlfriend embodies several eco-friendly technologies and materials without sacrificing technical performance. Burlap is interwoven with a durable rubber bottom. Rugged canvas straps and a canvas top sheet are accompanied by climbing rope-inspired webbing derived from recycled plastic bottles for comfortable feel over the top of the foot. The midsole consists of cork blended with EVA to achieve cushioning and a sustained anatomical shape.

EVA
The acronym for Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate. EVA is used in many footbeds, midsoles and outsoles. EVA provides lightweight, flexible, cushioning that is highly impact resistant. EVA also acts as an insulation barrier in cold weather products.
