Ideal cleaner for maintaining water repellency on new garments.G-Wash HC Cleaner includes the PLUS additive that eliminates odors. Use on old garments to clean, and prior to re-applying restorative water proofing treatments. Traditional soaps and detergents often contain perfumes, bleaches and fabric softeners that leave water-attractive residues covering up the fabric`s water repellent finish. These residues are difficult to rinse off and cause the fabric to `wet out` - which reduces breathability. Regular use of G-Wash HC Cleaner revives the performance of technical fabrics like Gore-Tex, eVent, Sympatex, Precip, Dry-Plus and Helly-Tech.
