Heart rate is displayed as either a percentage of maximum heart rate or as b.p.m. (beats per minute).
Water Resistance
This watch is water resistant to 50m. Water resistance is measured and rated by depth in meters. The tests are made by subjecting the watch to water pressure (see table below, p.s.i.a. = pounds per square inch absolute).
