This system promises the highest level of air/moisture exchange unimpeded by coatings, laminations, seals or barriers. Soft-Shell systems pass more air and vapor in one minute than a waterproof breathable can pass in 24 hours.
High loft insulation keeps this Soft Shell toasty in the extreme colds without creating bulk. The outer weave is tight enough to block wind and is treated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish to repel all but the worst downpours or snowstorms.
