The upper part of the boot is made from waterproof full grain leather and Cordura nylon, which is fully seamsealed with a membrane consturction and gusseted tongue. Your feet will surely stay warm with the 1000g Thinsulate Ultra lining that is rated for -100 degrees and has moisture wicking Vildona. Plenty of support and protection is provided by the molded EVA foot bed that has a molded nylon shank that gives loads of torsional rigidity. The great traction is from the Vibram sole made from a rubber compund that has minimal loading lug tread patter.
