Using the same design as the beloved Cat`s Meow this 20 degree (F) mummy bag is made from 100 % recycled fabrics and synthetic insulation. Using recycled water bottles, garment fabrics, and factory yarn waste, this eco-friendly bag skimps on creating waste, but not on technical features. With a plush feel and ample durability, this green bag features a soft, breathable lining for a durable 3 season bag.

Pertex Eco
When compared to polyester made from raw material, the Pertex Eco fabric used in both the Green Kazoos (goose down filled insulation) and Re Meow (synthetic insulation) results in an 84% reduction in energy consumption, a 77% reduction in CO2 output and no residual waste material by product as all material waste can be reused. Both post consumer and post industrial waste are recycled to make Pertex Eco. TNF uses plastic water bottles, recycled garment fabrics, factory yarn waste, and leftover PE film used in fabric manufacturing to make silky smooth, technically robust, sleeping bags fabrics.
Climashield HL Green
This continuous filament synthetic insulation is made from 100 percent post-consumer recycled plastic, generally in the form of beverage containers.
Overlapping Shingle Construction
The Overlapping Shingle Construction used in TNF`s synthetic sleeping bags evenly distributes insulation for consistent and comfortable warmth. Similar to the shingles on the roof of a house, TNF overlays their insulation panels rather than placing them side by side. This overlapping construction provides uniform loft, prevents insulation from moving and alleviates cold spot formation.
Firestorm
A lightweight polyester and nylon blend with unique cross dye coloring, a high strength to weight ratio and a DWR finish.
Durable Water Resistant Finish
Durable Water Resistant (DWR) finishes on fabrics and zippers give long life to waterproof technologies. The addition of an enhanced hydrophobic treatment enables the DWR to adhere to materials for an extremely extended lifetime. Like water off a duck`s back!
