Quantum Expander
Quantum expander zips open to add 8 inches of girth to the bag. Keep it zipped closed and the comfortable mummy cut gives you maximum warmth. Zip it open for extra room or to make the bag sleep cooler on a warm night. The Quantum expander is a fully insulated panel, so no worries about cold spots, whether it`s open or closed.
Thermic MX Insulation
A cut staple insulation comprised of solid and hollow fibers formulated to maximize the benefits of each. Large diameter hollow fibers contain tiny airspaces that trap heat. Smaller diameter fibers create structure while maintaining softness. Fibers are crimped for loft retention and silicone treated for improved compressibility and increased performance in wet conditions.
40D Nylon Ripstop Shell Fabric
40D/ 240T outer shell fabric is rugged and compressible, DWR finish for water repellency.
50D Nylon Taffeta Lining
