Designed for any level of rider, our Dual Progressive sidecut is a mistake friendly, fun and forgiving sidecut, which allows for more consistent riding in all situations.
Hybritech Construction
Hybritech is the most efficient way to make a snowboard. It takes a cap tip and tail and blends it into a sidewall along the running surface. This gives you low swing weight and optimized turn initiation at the ends combined with durability and damping on the running surface.
Baseline Camber
Now in all shapes and sizes, from full Powder Rocket boards to traditional cambered performance boards. Simply calling a board Rocker is like saying that a snowboard has sidecut: what, where, shape, and how much camber defines what the board is designed for and where it will excel. At K2, all forms of camber fall under their baseline technology story, which helps easily define what the board is, who it`s for, and what it does. There are six forms of baseline technology and each has a unique performance advantage targeted for a specific riding style and tailored to take every rider to the next level:
- Baseline: Camber Range: 3mm to 8mm Camber
- Catch Free: Camber Range: 1mm+/12mm, 3mm Camber
- Flatline: Camber Range: 0mm/0mm
- Jib Rocker: Rocker Range: 6-2mm/ 120-160mm

Rhythm Core
K2 has dedicated a technology solely to their women`s specific boards. Tested and approved by our female pros and Women`s Alliance Team, K2 has designed a women`s specific core that is softer flexing and lighter in the tip and tail, intended to work better with a woman`s body. Two distinct wood species are used in precise areas within the core to ensure easy turn initiation and lightweight characteristics combined with control, predictability and stability.
