The Mens S.T.H. Jacket is a soft shell that will keep up with even the most adventuresome of the outdoors. It`s made from APEX Universal fabric which is the most protective of the APEX family. It features four ways stretch to you get a greater, more natural range of motion and is also very water and wind resistant while still remaining breathable. To make some parts stronger and more durable infusion technology is used which is stronger than traditional stitched seams and is still very lightweight and flexible. For what ever you do outside, the S.T.H. Jacket is sure to keep you covered so you can concentrate on having fun.

APEX ClimateBlock
With it`s waterproof, breathable laminate APEX ClimateBlock fabric is the most protective of The North Face soft shell fabrics. 100% windproof and highly water resistant, APEX ClimateBlock is a stretch alternative to hard shell outerwear. Apex ClimateBlock fabric can be combined with fleece backers of carying lofts to creat highly thermal outerwear.
Infusion Technology
Infusion is The North Face`s infused polymer process that reinforces the fabric of the Outerwear garments where they take the most abuse: zipper and pocket flaps, and other high abrasion areas. This remarkable blend of polymers penetrates deep into the inner fibers and surrounds them to form a permanent bond. This tough, resilient matrix ensures a highly wear resistant surface while allowing the fabric to remain lightweight and flexible. The infused polymer process eliminates the need for heavieer weight abrasion overlays, tapes and bindings, and adds increased strength to the most critical spots on the garment, which dramatically extends it`s life. This construction technique extends the `fray resistance` life of modern lapseam zipsetting edges by more than ten times over normal lapseam edges.
