NORTH FACE Mens Caber Hybrid Thermal Jacket

The Mens Caber Hybrid Themal Jacket is a waterproof, breathable, insulated jacket that still weighs in at under two pounds. The HyVent shell is power behind the waterproofness and still keeping it breathable, allowing persperation to escape but keeping water out. To keep you warm PrimaLoft is used which is a synthetic insulation that mimics the thermal and physical properties of natural down and absorbs less moisture and keeps you warmer when it is wet. An adjustable hood is perfect for when you need a little weather protection for your head and it evern stows in the collar when you don`t need it.

HYVENT ALPHA
HyVent Alpha is a breatable and waterproof microporus, hydrophobic PUY lamination technology that performs even under the most severe conditions. Its membrane laminate is composed of numerous microscopic holes, about a half million per square inch- that enable perspiration to pass through the material to the outside of the garment without first having to condense into liquid form. The result is an extremely high level of waterproofness and moisture permeability.

PRIMALOFT INSULATION
PrimaLoft is a patented ultrafine mocrofiber blend that is incredibly soft, lightweight and water repellent. PrimaLoft synthetic insulation absorbs three times less water, is 15% warmer when dry, and is 24% warmer when wet than the closest competitive insulation. In addition to these impressive thermal properties, PrimaLoft is lightweight with a down like softness that adds comfort and appeal.

APEX UNIVERSAL
The North Faces most versatile all around soft shell performance fabric. Apex Universal fabric features stretch, high breathability, water resistance and thermal capability. Ideal for moderate aerobic activity in mild climates. Use as a protective outerlayer or insulating midlayer.
