SALOMON The Durmont Skis

`Graphics were huge for me. I really wanted something original and expressive. I worked with an amazing artist out of Whistler, Chili Thom, and I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. I love how the artwork on my ski blends together. As for the construction, I knew I was looking for a ski with a softer tip and tail and a different sidecut so I could mount my skis more forward than traditional center mounting. I couldn`t be more stoked with the end result!`

Monocoque is Salomon`s unique construction process using an external load-bearing structure which transfers power directly from the skier to the edge for greater performance. The Composite Monocoque Singe Wall construction provides good edge grip and liveliness along with superior edge to edge response.

Spaceframe is the right amount of material in the right place. It began by utilizing three-dimensional shapes to add and remove materials to specific areas of the ski structre, adapting it for specific performance needs. We`ve expanded upon this concept to include new materials and structures along with the 3D component, enabling to better adapt performance performance to specific needs.
