NORTH FACE Him 35 Tent
The North Face expedition tents have set the standard for mountaineers for decades. With the latest improvements, the new Expedition tents will continue to provide a stable secure home in even the most inhospitable conditions. Like its domed expedition counterpart, the new Him 35 offers improved on-mountain security and stability. DAC FEATHERLITE POLES
These poles are found in TNFs 4-Season, 3-Season and Ultralight Tents. DAC Featherlite poles are up to 15% lighter than aluminum poles of comparable strength. Plus, these Featherlite poles are less susceptible to failure because pole linkages are based on extrusion instead of glued inserts. Without an extra insert piece, there is less chance of breakage.
FUSION PITCH
Fusion Pitch combines traditional continuous pole sleeve construction with clip construction for easy set-up and improved ventilation. This hybrid design utilizes the time-test strength and dependability of continuous pole sleeves in the main structural poles, providing support where it`s needed the most. Additional poles easily clip on for added support and allow fresh air to circulate more freely between the canopy and the fly. Featured in various models in TNF`s 3-season, Ultralight and Base Camp tents, Fusion Pitch makes set-up easy without sacrificing strength.
LIFT TECHNOLOGY
The North Face now utilizes innovative lift technology in many of its latest tents. Lift technology employs an upper level vent, or vents that enables the tent to work with the inevitable wind, rather than against it. Instead of being knocked about or even over in windy conditions, the tent actually lifts slightly, improving tent stability.

Bomb-proof tent!
This new tent is extremely resistant and easy to set up. It has a few improvements compared to the good ve25: bigger front vestibule, two entries, better ventilation system, easier to mount thanks to the clips, lift technology that makes it extremely stable, a him35.com community, a very easy to mount fly. With this tent you can survive all kind of bad weather. It has more than enough space for three people. As all expedition tents, its a bit heavy, but you just need to share the components. Last but not least, the design is very nice :-

Very nice and resistant!
The him35 is a very nice tent: very water resistant, very big front vestibule, comfortable with two entries, lot of space. Very strong and well designed poles, easy to mount thanks to the clips. I tried it in very bad conditions and it survived very well. People are building also a him35 dot com community, which seem to show that Im not the only one satisfied with this tent. The him35 can be used for all purposes, from extreme expedition to beach weekends.
