VX-2 system is a modified version of the X-frame suspension. Basicly taking pressure of shoulders, and distibuting it around waist. Lighter weight than most packs with this load capibilities, and comfort levels.

VX-2 SUSPENSION
First, tubular aluminum(7075 aluminum) stays are placed in an X pattern with the stays extending from the top of the pack to the top of the hip-belt. Light, flexible and resilient, the X-stamp transfers weight directly to the hips-actively moving with the user.
A second set of custom extruded aluminum stays (6061 aluminum) are placed in a V pattern from the load filters to a small plate that connects to the back of the hipbelt. This Direct Connection transfers the load directly to the hips for easier and more comfortable carrying. The custom-extruded hollow stays are heat-treated and provide greater stregnth and rigidty at less weight(a full 13% lighter) than simular-sized solid stays.

A perforated framesheet enhances pack structure and allows for lighter overall weight. E-VAP foam technology is used in the back panel, the hipbelt and the shoulder straps for the ultimate in breathable comfort.

E-VAP SUSPENSION
E-VAP suspension features perforated foam back panels which eliminate excess weight and circulates air through airflow channels. These channels, embedded in the perforated foam, provide improved breathability and moisture evaporation, keeping the wearer cool and comfortable.
