Hassle-free Returns and Exchanges
We happily accept Returns or Exchanges at any time. Returned merchandise must be in new and sellable condition. Please make sure the merchandise is in it's original packaging with all of it's paperwork/tags. Protect shoe and boot boxes. Please do not use shoe or boot boxes as the shipping box.
All returns/exchanges will be subject to inspection before a refund can be issued. During inspection, if it is determined the returned item is soiled, worn, washed, torn, scuffed, has acquired a new odor or has missing parts, we will be unable to issue a refund. If your item does not pass inspection, we will contact you to arrange to have the merchandise returned to you.
Once approved, you can expect a refund to your original method of payment within 1 business day. We require that you pay for the return shipping cost as we do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanging? Reporting Damaged or mis-shipped items?
Sometimes, things just don't fit or the color just isn't right. Sometimes, items are damaged during the shipping process. And sometimes, on the rare occasion, we make mistakes. Oops!
