Hassle-free Returns and Exchanges

We happily accept Returns or Exchanges at any time. Returned merchandise must be in new and sellable condition. Please make sure the merchandise is in it's original packaging with all of it's paperwork/tags. Protect shoe and boot boxes. Please do not use shoe or boot boxes as the shipping box.

All returns/exchanges will be subject to inspection before a refund can be issued. During inspection, if it is determined the returned item is soiled, worn, washed, torn, scuffed, has acquired a new odor or has missing parts, we will be unable to issue a refund. If your item does not pass inspection, we will contact you to arrange to have the merchandise returned to you.

Once approved, you can expect us to process your refund to your our original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that it can take the banks 5-10 business days to fully process your refund. We require that you pay for the return shipping cost as we do not charge restocking fees. The shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error.

Sometimes, things just don't fit or the color just isn't right. Sometimes, items are damaged during the shipping process. And sometimes, on the rare occasion, we make mistakes. Oops!
