The Peregrine XP Binoculars feature an ergonomically shaped rubber covered body in an attractive, dark forest green color. Embedded in the armor, Steiner has used a new gel-filled grip and thumb pad that adds a considerable amount of grip and comfort when holding and viewing with the binoculars.
Higher magnification usually means a narrow field of view. With the 10x44 Peregrine, Steiner managed to keep the viewing field width very high. The wide field, combined with 10x magnification makes the 10x44 XP the ideal binocular for up-close discovery.
